Returns and refunds are not accepted as items are made to order. If there is a mistake with your item on our part, please reach out so we can make it right.

Lynn + Lyla is not responsible for lost packages. After they are picked up by USPS, the fate of that package is out of our hands. If you suspect your package was lost or stolen, we recommend you contact your local post office to file a report.
